The Rainier Beach Vikings showed their resolve in the second half against Eastside Catholic to escape with an 80-68 win over the Crusaders. Tyran Stokes scored 35 in the win. With the win Rainier Beach faces fellow Metro League rival O’Dea in the District Championship at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday.

Rainier Beach and O’Dea have met three occasions this year, with Rainier Beach winning all three.
