In the 116th installment of the third oldest high school football rivalry in the country, Auburn turned it into a clinic early to leave no doubt.

The first quarter saw the Trojans jump out to a 24-0 lead thanks to two touchdown catches from Isaiah Sanchez, a scoop and score from Lijah Patelo, and RJ Conlan scoring a two-point conversion after all three touchdowns.

The second quarter featured Auburn finding the end zone twice, first on a touchdown catch from Lucas Whitehall-Gilkes the second on a run from RJ Conlan.

The third quarter saw Kent-Meridian breaking the ice after recovering a muff punt that they turned into points thanks to a short touchdown plunge from Tae Redding.

Auburn quarterback won MVP honors thanks to four all purpose touchdowns including a touchdown run in the fourth quarter.

Kent-Meridian scored the final points of the game on a 77-yard touchdown catch from Samuel Doma to Ash Cook.
