(Katlama, WA) Larry the SportsCat has been hired on as our official prognosticator and will be making picks each race day at Emerald Downs. Larry claims to be the best “Pawfessional” in the game today. His selections and advice should be taken as pure entertainment and with a grain of salt.
Larry will make some focused bets on a few of the races, he is doing a minimum 3 race Show parlay and will have his thoughts on the big races like that one in Kentucky.
Larry reminds you to never, ever bet more than you can afford to lose and ALWAYS check your tickets. Get in the habit of running your tickets through a SAM machine before you throw them out especially if you are betting multiple tracks, horses and different kinds of bets.
You never know when a horse has been scratched, been declared on a non-starter or other things that could have happened if you weren’t able to see the race.
