(Katlama, WA) Larry the SportsCat has been hired on as our official prognosticator and will be making picks each race day at Emerald Downs. Larry claims to be the best “Pawfessional” in the game today. His selections and advice should be taken as pure entertainment and with a grain of salt.

Larry reminds you to never, ever bet more than you can afford to lose and ALWAYS check your tickets. Get in the habit of running your tickets through a SAM machine before you throw them out especially if you are betting multiple tracks, horses and different kinds of bets.

Larry had a decent day on Preakness day with nearly a perfect day with just a nose away from hitting his parlay bet. However, not the biggest pay-outs but he’ll take a profit of $164 any day. The SportsCat is now a purr-fect 3-3 in trifectas…hmm how is the Trifecta King doing? Just wondering, hahaha.

Ok, Larry is laying out $301 for Sunday’s bets or half his winnings so far. Let’s see how he does. Oh and these bets are predicted before any scratches. If Larry catches it in time he will revise his bet prior to the race and update his bets.
