(Auburn, WA) Longtime Northwest trainer Bonnie Jenne passed away overnight. There were many social media posts up about Bonnie this morning and we have confirmed her passing. She was battling some health issues but we do not have any confirmed reports of the cause of death. Bonnie was preceded in her death by her long time and beloved husband Wally Jenne back in November of 2020. 

Together they were the Friendship Stable as owners and Bonnie trained beginning back in 1976. We will pass on Memorial information when we receive it. Our thoughts and love go our to all of Bonnie and Wally’s family, their huge extended horse racing family and all their loved ones. We will follow-up with an appropriate memorial story on Bonnie’s life and racing career. All our hearts are broken this morning.
