(Walla Walla, WA) The first day of match play at the 123rd PNGA Women’s Amateur Championship wrapped up today. The morning session was the Round of 32, with the Round of 16 taking place in the afternoon. Tomorrow, the match play portion of the championship will continue, with the Quarterfinals in the morning and the Semifinals in the afternoon. This week’s winner will get an exemption into the 125th U.S. Women’s Amateur at Bandon Dunes Golf Resort in Bandon, Oregon, from August 4-10.
