(Bandon, OR) The 125th U.S. Women’s Amateur Championship had a 15 for six player playoff to finalize the 64 players competing in match play. The 15 players started on the 10th hole, a 345-yard par four.

Ashley Kozłowski, Allison Paik, and Siuue Wu all birdied the hole, and half of the six spots were secured in just one hole. Madison Murr birdied the 11th hole, a 351-yard par four, to claim the fourth spot. Ella Scaysbrook birdied the 12th hole, a 157-yard par three, to take the fifth spot. The fourth playoff hole went to the 16th hole, a 309-yard par four, where Sarah Lim and Arianna Lau each birdied the hole, eliminating three other players from the championship. Lim and Lau headed to the 17th hole, the fifth playoff hole, and each player recorded a par on the 373-yard par four, setting up a sixth playoff hole. The pair headed to the 18th hole, where Lau birdied the 513-yard par five and Lim made par, giving Lau the sixth and final spot in match play from the playoff.

The Round of 64 is today, the Round of 32 is and the Round of 16 is tomorrow. Starting with the Quarterfinals on Friday, ESN will have on-the-ground coverage from then until a champion is crowned on Sunday.
