(Lacey, WA) The Saint Martin’s Saints hosted the #7 Simon Fraser Red Leafs in the Saints’ first home match of the season. Saint Martin’s made things difficult for Simon Fraser in the first two sets before the Red Leafs pulled away in the third set. The Saints are 8-4 overall after the loss and 1-3 in GNAC play. They have had a tough start to the season, facing Alaska-Anchorage and Alaska-Fairbanks last week, as Alaska-Anchorage was just outside the top 25 and Alaska-Fairbanks is #23. Saint Martin’s will host #19 Western Washington on Saturday at 1:00 PM.
