(Lacey, WA) The Saint Martin’s Saints entered Saturday’s match against 19th-ranked Western Washington with a record of 1-49 against the Vikings. Western Washington was riding an 11-match win streak while Saint Martin’s was hoping to break a three-match losing skid. The Saints never trailed at any point of the match against Western Washington and won in a sweep to upset the Vikings. Saint Martin’s improves to 9-4 on the year and 2-3 in GNAC play while handing the Vikings their first loss in conference play this season.
