The Saint Martin’s Saints women’s basketball team has two representatives in the GNAC Women’s Basketball 2025-26 Preseason All-Conference Team. Both players came from Washington high school basketball programs and will be leaders on the Saints squad this winter.

Kiana Rios, a senior guard from Warden, was second team all-conference last year and was on the GNAC Championships All-Tournament Team last year after helping lead the Saints to the championship game. Rios averaged 13.7 points per game and 6.1 rebounds per game last year and averages 11.6 points per game in her career. As a senior, Rios will look to lead the Saints once again with her younger sister, Jlynn, by her side.

Jada Travis took the GNAC by storm last year. Travis took home the GNAC Freshman of the Year award, while also being on the second team all-conference team and the GNAC Championships All-Tournament Team. The sophomore guard out of Bellarmine Prep High School was in the top 10 in the GNAC in points per game (14.0), assists (4.2), and steals (1.9) during the 2024-25 season. With one year under her belt, Travis could add more accolades to her résumé by season’s end.

Saint Martin’s was picked third in the preseason GNAC coaches poll earlier this fall. The Saints will start their season with an exhibition game at home on Friday against Olympic College, before heading to the DII Canadian Tip-Off Classic, where the Saints face Minot State University on October 31 in Langley, British Columbia, Canada.
