For the third time in her career, Bellevue’s Angela Zhang makes the U.S. National Junior Team. Zhang won a pair of tournaments this summer, when she won The Wyndham Clark presented by the Colorado Golf Association and the Colorado Springs Junior. She also won the K.J. Choi Foundation Texas Junior Championship hosted by Pacificlinks Korea earlier in the year as well. Zhang has already had a stellar career, where she’s played in the U.S. Open, won the Washington Women’s Amateur Championship as a 13-year-old, the youngest ever, and in the 2024 U.S. Women’s Amateur Four-Ball, made the Semifinals at The Home Course in DuPont. Zhang is committed to go to USC and has been at Bellevue High School.

Members of the team get support year-round with coaching, analysis, sports psychology, and even nutritional guidance.
