(Twin Cities, WA) 60 teams from all over the Northwest are heading to the Twin Cities for the 4th of July holiday weekend. Teams between 8-14 will compete in tournaments beginning on Thursday, July 2nd and concluding on Saturday July 4th.
The tournament is sponsored by the Twin City Sports Commission with games at Borst Park and in Chehalis, attendance is free to come watch the games.
The Sports Commission with the NW Sports Hub and the City of Chehalis are offering multiple activities for teams and the public to take part in while visiting. The NW Sports Hub is celebrating opening day on Thursday with a special carnival promotion for players, families and the community.
This includes 50% off admission to the carnival games at the Hub with a cost of $5. All tournament players get free admission for all 3 days. Plus a $5 cost for a Food Pass where you can select 2 of 4 items (Corn Dog, Cotton Candy, Elephant Ear or Popcorn).

1-5pm: Balloon Twisting, Airbrush Tattoos, Mini Golf Challenge
2-3:30pm: Foam Party
12p-5p: Black Light Laser Tag, Carnival Games, Obstacle Courses, Bounce Houses, Human Hamster Ball and more
*Traditional Carnival snacks Corn Dogs, Cotton Candy, Elephant Ears, Popcorn
July 2nd
At Recreation Park in Chehalis
9:30pm Free Movie in the Park, “How to Train your Dragon 2”, bring your own chair or blanket popcorn and water provided or bring your own snacks.
July 3rd
At the Shaw Outdoor Pool in Chehalis
6:30-8:30pm Pool Party! First 250 $8 adults, $6 Youth
July 4th
Summerfest in Downtown Centralia
8a-4p Free Pancake feed, 5k run, Vendors, Games, Music and Parade
America’s 250th Celebration at Stan Hedwall Park in Chehalis
4p Gates Open Admission FREE, parking limited and will be closed once to capacity
6:30p Live Music Creedence Revelation (CCR Tribute)
