The Contest
Professor DW’s All-Star Challenge is for everyone, not just baseball fans. You will answer a series of questions each worth one point unless specified at the end of the question. Questions will be about both the MLB Home Run Derby as well as the All-Star game itself. Whoever accumulates the most points will be the winner, with a series of tiebreaker questions used in case two or more contestants end up with the same score.
This year’s grand prize will be two tickets to see the San Diego Padres play the Seattle Mariners on Wednesday, August 27th at 1:10pm plus $100 to pay for parking and food and drinks. Second place will take home $50 and third place wins $25.

Official Rules for Professor DW’s All-Star Challenge!
Eligibility
- This contest is 100% free of charge and you must be at least 18 years of age to participate.
- Employees and active contractors of Eli Sports Network are not eligible to win. They may participate but are ineligible to win.
- Contestants are allowed 1 entry per person.
- If you make more selections than asked for in the question, your selections for that question will be thrown out and you will not be awarded any points.
- Entries are due Monday, July 14, 2025, at 12-noon Pacific Time
- You must FULLY complete the entry information. If your entry is incomplete, you will be disqualified from the contest.
- You may only make one selection per question. Do not make multiple choices in a single column.

Late Changes
If anyone pulls out of the Home Run Derby, you will be allowed to make changes as long as you were entered by the deadline. However, if there is not a change then your first entry is your official entry and will be the one used for the contest.
Tie-Breaker
There are a series of tiebreaker questions in the event that multiple people end up with the same amount of points. All participants are required to make their selections to each of the tiebreakers. All tiebreaker questions will be marked as such on the entry form.
Like all Professor DW contests, we use the Price is Right rule. If your guess is over the correct answer and someone else guesses under, the person that guessed under wins despite how close the guesses are to the correct answer.

Judges Decision is Final
Any and all decisions not covered within the rules will be made by the judges and that will be the final ruling.
Receiving and Forfeiture of Prizes
Contestants must provide proper address to ESN to receive their prize via mail. Or they must make arrangements to pick up their prize in person at the offices of the Eli Sports Network at 219 North Tower, Suite 310, Centralia, WA 98531.
If a contestant has not provided proper mailing or delivery instructions or have arranged to personally pick up their prize(s) by the following deadline then they automatically forfeit all prizes and compensation due them from winning the FREE Professor DW All-Star Challenge! Contest.
Deadline to claim all prizes is August 8th, 2025.
