(Centralia, WA) The Twin City Union will look to solidify their hold of 3rd place when they take on the 1st place Spokane Shadow Saturday night at Centralia’s Tiger Stadium at 6pm. Eli Sports Network will broadcast live with our voice of soccer on ESN, Tony Davila, ready for the call. (Click here for the link to the broadcast page)

For the Union to pull off the win they will have to beat an extremely tough squad from Spokane who have run away with the Inaugural Season with South Sound FC. Coming into Saturday’s game the Shadow and SSFC are tied atop the standings with 21 points each but the Shadow have played one less game. Spokane is 7-1-0 on the season while SSFC is 6-0-3.

Twin City moved into 3rd place with a win over Yakima last Saturday with 8 points and improved to 2-3-2. Fuerza FC and the Seattle Stars are right behind the Union with 7 points then comes Yakima with 6 and the Olympic Force with 5. So outside of the top 2 the other 5 teams are within 3 points with several matches to play.

This weekend will feature some great soccer and a fun time awaits but if you can’t get to the stadium be sure to tune in to ESN for the live play-by-play call of the game.
