Governor Jay Inslee announced on Twitter today that a reporting error discovered now pushes the South Central Health Region, the Ellesnburg-Yakima-Tri Cities region, into phase 2 with all of the other Health Regions. This means the entire state is now in Phase 2 and High School sports that are moderate and low risk along with high risk outdoor sports can all finally start their season.
