We  had 5 games on the air Friday night and below are all 5 game re-caps with full wrap-ups with each Post-Game show and Video Highlights.

Football

Timberline 28, Capital 14

The Blazers and Cougars were battling for position with an aim at 3rd place to get them direct into post-season so much was on the line. Capital scored first and the Blazers answered with 2 TD’s. Capital tied the game in the 2nd half but Timberline again answer with 2 scores and secured the win.

Timberline is now 2-2 in league play while Capital dropped to 1-3. Timberline next plays River Ridge as the visitors next week and Capital hosts Gig Harbor. Our Visiting team MVP for the Cougs was Jake Kennedy and our home team MVP went to Timberline’s Franco Segura.

Tumwater 58, Shelton 0

The T-Birds scored early and often and rolled to anther win and are now 2-0 in league play and 4-1 overall. For a full accounting of the game check out the Post-Game show below. The T-Birds will host Camas in non-league play next week while Shelton hosts Black Hills. Our Thorbeckes home team MVP went to Seth Waller and the Pacific Sports Spa visiting team MVP was Shelton’s Bradley Eleton.

Adna 47, Stevenson 6

The Pirates scored on the 1st play from scrimmage and never looked back. Adna is now 2-1 in league play and 4-2 overall. The Pirates next travel to Wahkiakum. Stevenson fell to 1-3 and 2-4 and will try to get back in the win column at King’s Way Christian. Our Thorbeckes MVP for Adna is Aaron Aselton and our Pacific Sports Spa MVP for Stevenson is Joseph Jenkins. For the full re-cap of the game check out the post game show below.

Clover Park 35, Franklin Pierce 21

Franklin Pierce jumped out to the lead scoring early but the Warriors answered with 4 straight touchdowns and won handily. The Warriors got their first league win and is now 3-3 overall. The Cardinals are still looking for their 1st win. Clover Park travels to White River next week and F-P will host Foss. Our home team MVP went Muelu Salanoa of C-P and Kellen Riley for the visiting Cards.

Tenino 50, Hoquiam 6

Tenino rolled to the win over the Grizzlies and evened their record in Evco 1A to 1-1 and will showdown with Montesano next Friday night on the black turf. Hoquiam drops to 0-3 and will try to get their 1st win at home next week against Centralia. The Thorbeckes home team MVP went to Tenino’s Dylan Spicer and Owen McNeil was the Pacific Sports Spa visiting team MVP for Hoquiam.
