The 2026 PNGA Men’s and Women’s Mid-Amateur Championships are going to Vancouver’s Royal Oaks Country Club next August. It will be the first time the club has hosted the PNGA Mid-Amateur Championships. The PNGA will make its first trip there since 2003, when the club hosted the Men’s Amateur. Royal Oaks Country Club is most known for the 1994 PNGA Men’s Amateur Championship, when an 18-year-old named Tiger Woods won the title.
This summer, the PNGA Men’s and Women’s Mid-Amateur Championships were held at Apple Tree Resort in Yakima. Heffley Creek, British Columbia, Canada’s Wyatt Brook shot 18-under par to win his first PNGA Championship at the Men’s Mid-Am. Portland, Oregon’s Jessica Mangrobang won the Women’s Mid-Am with a final round 67, going five-under on the back nine of the final round to close out the championship.
