**Note we had some technical issues in the 1st half where much of the 2nd quarter was missed. From halftime through the end of the game there were no further issues. We apologize for the inconvenience.

(Napavine, WA) The Adna Pirates rolled into this massive Saturday showdown undefeated at 6-0 in Central 2B play to face the 5-1 Napavine Tigers who were looking to bounce back after suffering their 1st league defeat earlier this week at Toledo.

As expected, these two teams battled to the end and it still wasn’t decided to off to OT they went with the Pirates pulling off the huge win on the Tigers court.

Trevin Salme led all scorers for the Pirates with 21 but Grayson Humphrey’s 19 was huge as he hit 5 3-balls in the game. He also came up with a huge 2 point play late in the overtime.

Napavine was never far behind and had their chances but just couldn’t get that one big shot in regulation. In OT they trailed from the start and although never far behind could never get that surge to get a lead and fell short. Tyce Vigre led the Tigers with 19.

Adna is now 7-0 in Central 2B play and 9-2 overall. The Pirates will be on the road next week with games at Winlock on Tuesday, at Toutle Lake on Thursday and a big one at Toledo next Saturday with a 1pm tip time.

Napavine drops to 5-2 in conference play and 8-3 overall. The Tigers also hit the road for 3 games next week at Onalaska on Tuesday, at Mossyrock Thursday then play at Coupeville in a non-leaguer on Saturday.
