Washington Golf has finalized its 2026 championship schedule. All but the Men’s Mid-Amateur have dates and courses, and the first four events of the season are open for registration.
The season kicks off as always, with the Champion of Champions on April 23-24 at The Home Course in DuPont. That field is limited to players who have won WA Golf championships recently or have finished in the top spots on the performance points list last year. The Women’s Four-Ball is on May 4-5 at Sudden Valley Golf Club in Bellingham. The Men’s Four-Ball and Senior Men’s Four-Ball take place from May 21-22 at Lakeview Golf & Country Club in Soap Lake. The registration for all four championships is open now.
June is the busiest month of the year, starting with the Senior Men’s Amateur and Super Senior Men’s Amateur at Olympia Country & Golf Club from June 2-4. The Washington State Junior Amateur is next on June 6-7 at Yakima Elks Golf Club. The next five days are Men’s Amateur Qualifiers that take place across the state. On June 8, the first qualifier is at Lake Spanaway Golf Course in Tacoma, June 9, the second qualifier is at Canyon Lakes Golf Course in Kennewick, June 10, the third qualifier is at The Home Course, June 11, the fourth qualifier is at Liberty Lake Golf Course, and on June 12, the fifth and final qualifier is at North Bellingham Golf Course. The Men’s Amateur will be on June 23-25 and held at The Home Course.
June 16-18 is the Women’s Amateur and Women’s Mid-Amateur at Walla Walla Country Club. July tees off with the Parent-Child on July 3 at The Cedars at Dungeness in Sequim. The Senior Women’s Amateur and Super Senior Women’s Amateur will both take place on July 28-29 at Desert Canyon Golf Resort in Orondo. On July 31, the Mixed Champman takes place at McCormick Woods Golf Club in Port Orchard. The WJGA State Championship is from August 4-6 at Manito Golf & Country Club in Spokane.
The Men’s Mid-Amateur is the only event to not have a set date or course, but last year it was held from July 21-23 at Semiahmoo Golf & Country Club in Blaine. The WA Golf website says registration for all tournaments, including the Men’s Mid-Am, opens on March 2.
