(Renton, WA) The Seattle Seahawks entered the 2026 NFL draft in Pittsburgh with just 4 picks. a 1st, 2nd 3rd and 6th round picks. GM John Schneider did what he has done for 17 years and that was leverage what he could and ultimately doubled the picks with some in draft moves.
The first move was to trade a 4th round pick next year to Cleveland for the Browns 5th round pick on Saturday. Schneider and Head Coach Mike McDonald then took offensive guard Beau Stephens from Iowa to add depth to the offensive line with pick 148.
After dropping down and exchanging picks the Hawks picked up Emmanuel Henderson in the 6th round a wide receiver from Kansas with the 199th selection.
Seattle then gathered 3 picks for the final round and added depth with cornerback Andre Fuller of Toledo with pick 236, at 242 they added to the defensive line with Deven Eastern from Minnesota and their final pick at 255 was more depth at corner with Arizona’s Michael Dansby.
