(Rochester, WA) South Sound Speedway delivered a full night of racing on Saturday, July 18, 2026, with four divisions
taking the track. The evening’s lineup featured:
*O’Reilly Auto Parts Baby Grands: 6 cars, 30 laps
*Busted MC / Black Lake Auto Wrecking Tuners: 19 cars, 26 laps
*FSCRA/Super 4s: 6 cars, 30 laps
*Bump to Pass: 14 cars, 15 laps

O’Reilly Auto Parts Baby Grand Main Event

Ryan Hughes started on the pole with Hemi Franks to his outside. Derrick Presley led the opening lap
before the first caution came on lap 4, when Franks spun on the backstretch. Peyton Presley moved into the
lead on lap 5 and stayed out front to win the 30-lap Baby Grand main event.

Top five: Peyton Presley, Steven Mitchell, Derrick Presley, Ryan Hughes, and Hemi Franks.
Fast time: Peyton Presley, 15.118.
Heat winners: Ryan Hughes won heat #1, and Steven Mitchell won heat #2.
Dash winner: Ryan Hughes.

Busted MC / Black Lake Auto Wrecking Tuner Main Event

John Peterson started on the pole with William Larimer on the outside. The race opened with two early
cautions: Mike Myers spun in turn 3 after the green flag, and Jordan Peterson slowed on the backstretch
soon after. John Peterson led lap 1 before Dillion D’Andrea took over on lap 2. Peterson and D’Andrea
traded the lead several times, followed by Shawn Jones taking the point on lap 14 and Shanda Vaillancourt
moving ahead on lap 21. In the closing laps, Peterson, Jake Utterback, and Shelby Padilla battled for the
lead before Utterback took the checkered flag to win the 26-lap Tuner main event.

Top five: Jake Utterback, John Peterson, Joseph Solis, Billy Gallwas, and Shelby Padilla.
Heat winners: Jake Utterback won heat race #1, Mike Myers won heat race #2, Billy Gallwas won heat
race #3, and Dillion D’Andrea won heat race #4.
Dash winner: Dillion D’Andrea.

FSCRA/Super 4s Main Event

Jeff Jones started on the pole with Tommy Laxson to his outside. Jones led lap 1 before Laxson moved
ahead on lap 3. Eddie Secord took the lead on lap 9 and held it to the finish, winning the 30-lap Super 4s
main event.

Top five: Eddie Secord, Craig Neves, Tommy Laxson, Jeff Jones, and Bob Quarterman.
Fast time: Craig Neves, 14.370.
Heat winner: Tommy Laxson.
Dash winner: Tommy Laxson.

Bump to Pass Main Event

Elijah Whitney started on the pole with Josh Page on the outside and led the opening lap. Kyle Desha took
the lead on lap 3. On lap 5, Wyatt Baumel and Brandon Dale spun and blocked the start-finish line, bringing
out a caution. Kaylee Charles took over on lap 6 and went on to win the 15-lap Bump to Pass main event.

Top five: Kaylee Charles, Amber Charles, Kyle Desha, Landon Timlick, and Rick Yargus.
Fast time: Amber Charles, 17.172.
Dash winner: Landon Timlick.
Bump to Pass / Boat Winner: Ted Hutt.
