After buying the Los Angeles Lakers for $10 billion dollars fourteen months ago Mark Walter is selling the team. Not only is he selling the team he is making a profit. Former Disney CEO Bob Iger and Joshua Kushner are purchasing the team for $12.5 billion dollars. Iger along with his wife have a controlling share of Angel City FC in the National Women’s Soccer League. Kushner has a minority stake in the Miami Heat that he will have to sell.
